They're here not only to offer expert beauty advice but also to provide support and, if needed, connect you with the right mental health resources.

We want you to have all the tools to set kinder expectations and embrace a more positive perspective on beauty and personal growth.

Note: Experiencing active suicidal thoughts is an emergency-- if you feel unable to cope or keep yourself safe, it's important to get support. Resources

Mind is a mental health charity offering information, support, and guidance on various mental health issues.

Samaritans provide confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair.

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) offers support to people in the UK who are struggling with mental health issues.

The Body Image Movement aims to inspire women to embrace their bodies and cultivate body positivity.

Rethink Mental Illness provides information, advice, and support for people affected by mental illness.

Beat Eating Disorders offers support for people with eating disorders and their families.

While primarily focused on people with visible differences, Changing Faces also addresses body image concerns and promotes self-acceptance.

Although focused on a the Body Dysmorphic Disorder, the BDD Foundation offers resources and support for individuals struggling with body image issues related to BDD.
